Reports to: ISL Assistant Coordinator/Assistant Group Home Manager
The Direct Care Professional provides an important role in providing assistance to individuals served by Skills Unlimited, Inc. in a variety of residential and community settings. These professionals must be knowledgeable of Individual Service Plans, maintain adequate documentation, administer medications, follow physician orders, etc. Direct Care professionals may work in a Group Home and/or Individual Supported Living setting. A primary responsibility is to maintain a healthy and safe environment.
Assistant Group Home Manager

Reports to: Group Home Manager
This position provides direct support to consumers with developmental disabilities who reside in a group home in addition to indirect supervision of Direct Support Professionals who assist in providing these supports.
The Assistant position also bears responsibility for the completion of Community Integration and administrative duties as assigned by the Group Home Manager.
ISL Assistant Manager

Reports to: ISL Professional Manager
This position provides direct support responsibilities to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the community and oversight of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist with the support responsibilities.
The Assistant position also bears responsibility for the completion of administrative duties as assigned by the ISL Professional Manager.
